The Good Acre and St. Paul Parks & Recreation bring you “Cooking from the Fields.” This two-hour hands-on cooking class will take place at The Good Acre’s food hub facility in Falcon Heights. Participants ages 18+ will learn about local Minnesota produce, how it grows, why it grows, who grows it, and how to make it part of a healthy, locally-sourced meal!
